Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order was placed to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship the item back to our fulfillment center at your own cost. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Exchanges (One Exchange Per Item)

We offer one exchange per item only.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
A second exchange for the same item will not be permitted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds (Full-Priced Items Only)

Refunds are only available for eligible full-priced items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
